A low-dimensional representation is sufficient for representing the high-dimensional data: For WTC I (Fugues) in score representation the 2-dimensional projection of the overall symbolic duration of keys and pitch classes represents 85.4 % of the variance of the high dimensional vectors. Each of the two most prominent factors have approximately the same singular value.
