Osnabrück Series
The Institute for Musicology and Music Pedagogy
(IMM)
and the Research Department of Music & Media
Technology (FMT)
at the University of Osnabrück focus on a range of topics which
are reflected in six series.
Selected dissertations, outstanding theses for diploma, scientific
works and congress reports are being published in several series
with their respective focus. These series turn the spotlight on
innovative fields of research and give the up-and-coming academics
a chance of publishing their own works within the framework of a
scientific community.
A music edition presents scientifically supervised
transcriptions, facsimiles and musical examples of rare or
rediscovered scores. The "Musikalische Reiseführer (Musical Travel Guide)" series is dedicated to the musical-cultural sights, places and historical features of selected cities in pictures, words and sound.
